We answer within one business day. If your food is getting cold right now, please speak to the counter — they can hand your order over without any of this.

Common questions

What is this card on my phone?

A venue you ordered from added it so your phone can tell you when your food is ready. It replaces the buzzing plastic pager. There is nothing to pay, nothing to download, and nothing to hand back.

My order number never appeared

The card is added the moment you tap, before anyone knows your order number — the cashier links it a few seconds later. If it stayed blank, the till did not manage to link it in time. Your order is fine; the counter will call your number out loud.

My food was ready but my phone never buzzed

Check that notifications are enabled for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and that the phone was not in a focus mode. If the card itself updated but you got no alert, that is a notification setting rather than a lost order.

How do I remove the card?

Apple Wallet: open the card, tap the three dots, then Remove Pass. Google Wallet: open the card, tap the three dots, then Delete. You do not need to tell us — removing it is enough.

I used WhatsApp instead. How do I stop the messages?

Reply STOP to the conversation, or simply block the number. We only ever message you about the order you asked about, and never for marketing.

What do you know about me?

Very little, and not for long. SisleLabs OOD holds no name, no email and no payment details. Anything tied to your order is deleted 24 hours after it. The full detail is on the privacy page.
